PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS/MEMBERSHIPS
Appraisal Institute of Canada Nicholas has been a Candidate Member in good standing since September 2005 and will begin the applied experience program with the Appraisal Institute required to obtain the AACI, P.App. designation in fall of 2007.
Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation, currently enrolled in the fourth of six courses required to graduate from the University of British Columbia. This certificate fulfills the educational requirement to obtain an AACI, P.App. designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
B.Comm. Graduated from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor in 2005 and awarded an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major concentration in finance and a minor concentration in economics. He also specialized in computer science.
EXPERIENCE
Fee Appraisal Experience Currently working as a candidate fee appraiser, under signature of Joseph R. Caruso, AACI, P.App, R.I. (B.C.), in 2007. Nicholas has a year and a half of previous experience working as a candidate fee appraiser for Juteau Johnson Comba in Ottawa, Ontario where he completed dozens of reports on a variety of retail, office and industrial properties. He has also co-authored several reports relating to expropriations. Completed numerous progress inspections for construction loan financing. |
